The trade journal

The journal keeps a running record of every trade you copy, built for you automatically. No manual logging: OmenSyncer records each fill as it happens, then hands you the analytics, a calendar, an equity curve, and space to write notes on any trade.

How trades reach the journal

Every fill on every account is captured as it happens, so there's nothing to enter by hand. A trade shows up in the journal once its position closes, because that's the moment its realized profit and loss is known. Positions you're still holding live on the dashboard instead, and roll into the journal when you exit.

Your numbers at a glance

A row of stat cards sits at the top, recomputed to match whatever filters you've set:

• Total Realized P&L. Net closed profit and loss.
• Win Rate. The share of trades that finished green, with the win/loss tally.
• Day Win %. The share of trading days that finished green. A trader can win most days but lose most trades, so this sits next to Win Rate rather than replacing it.
• Profit Factor. Gross wins divided by gross losses.
• Avg Winner and Avg Loser. The average size of a winning and a losing trade.

The equity curve

Beneath the cards, the equity curve traces your cumulative realized profit and loss, one step per closed trade. Hover any point for that trade's date, running total, and the amount it added or took away; click a point to jump to that day's trades. It needs at least two closed trades before there's a line to draw.

Two ways to look at it

A switch in the header flips between a calendar and a table of the same trades.

Calendar

Each day is tinted green or red by its net profit and loss, stronger colour for a bigger day, and shows the day's total and trade count. Payout days read blue. On wider screens a weekly summary sits to the right. Click any day to open a popup with its net P&L, its win/loss split, and the individual trades; on a day you've logged a payout, a Payout tab appears alongside the trades. Table

The table lists one row per closed trade with its date and time, account, symbol, action, quantity, price, realized profit and loss, and commission, plus a button to open that trade's note. Long histories page 50 trades at a time.

Narrowing it down

Filters above the view let you scope everything, the stat cards and equity curve included, by Groups, Accounts, or Symbols. In the table view you can also set a From and To date. A Clear button resets them in one click.

Notes and screenshots

Every trade has a notes button. It opens a simple editor where you can write up the setup, the execution, or what you'd do differently, and attach screenshots, either by picking image files or pasting straight from your clipboard. Once a trade has a note or a screenshot, its button lights up so you can spot at a glance which trades you've reviewed.

Exporting

Export CSV downloads the closed trades currently in view, filters and all, so you can take your history into a spreadsheet or another tool.
