Can I cancel at any time?: Yes. Cancelling schedules your plan to end at the close of the current billing period, so you keep full access until then rather than losing it the moment you cancel.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately with the difference prorated and shown before you confirm. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, with no charge that day.
Do you offer refunds?: There is no self-serve refund. If you believe you are owed one, contact support and we will work it out with you.
