Plans & billing

Compare Desktop, Cloud and Cloud Elite, what each includes, how the connection and account caps work, and how to change or cancel your plan.

Updated July 24, 2026

OmenSyncer comes in three plans. They all run the exact same copy engine, so the trade copying works identically on every one. What changes is where it runs, how many connections you can keep active, and whether you get the Cloud extras like the mobile app.

The three plans

Desktop runs on your own Mac or Windows machine. The two Cloud plans run on our servers, hosted 24/7 next to the exchange, so copying keeps going even with your computer off. For the full picture of that difference, see What is OmenSyncer.

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate. The per-month figures above are what the yearly plan works out to; you pay the year up front. You can switch between monthly and yearly when you pick a plan.

What each plan includes

Desktop is the full copier on your own machine:

  • Native macOS and Windows app
  • Unlimited connections and accounts
  • Real-time copier with OSO and bracket orders
  • Risk management and lockouts
  • Journal and analytics
  • Fill and risk push alerts
  • All current and future broker backends

Cloud is everything in Desktop, hosted for you, plus the extras that only make sense with an always-on server:

  • Hosted 24/7, so you never miss a fill with your PC off
  • Mobile app, so you can trade from any device
  • Up to 5 broker connections, 20 accounts per connection

Cloud Elite is everything in Cloud with the caps lifted and priority on top:

  • Unlimited broker connections
  • Unlimited accounts per connection
  • Priority support
  • Early access to new features
  • Highest engine priority

About the connection and account caps

On Cloud, the limits are on how many connections are switched on at once, not how many you can add. You can save as many broker connections as you like; up to 5 of them can be active at a time, with up to 20 accounts under each. Desktop and Cloud Elite have no cap on either. Trying to switch on one connection too many surfaces a prompt to upgrade rather than silently failing.

Tip
Only Desktop includes a free trial: 7 days, one per customer. Cancelling and re-subscribing will not start a fresh trial.

Managing your subscription

Everything to do with your plan and payment lives under Account, on the Plan & billing page. It has two tabs: Plan, where you switch plans or cancel, and Billing, where you find the card on file and your invoice history. Card details run through Stripe, our payment provider.

  • Changing plan. Choose View all plans on the Plan tab, toggle Monthly or Yearly, and pick one. Upgrading takes effect right away with a prorated charge shown before you confirm; downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, with no charge today and no refund for the current period.
  • Cancelling. Cancel from the Plan tab. Your plan is scheduled to end at the close of the current billing period, so you keep full access until then rather than losing it on the spot.
  • Resuming. Changed your mind before that end date? Resume from the same page and your plan carries on as normal, with no gap.
  • Updating your card. On the Billing tab, use Update card to open the Stripe portal in a new tab and add or replace a card. Do this if a payment failed, then your plan retries on the new card.

Your plan and billing are managed outside the app.

Note
There is no self-serve refund. If you think you're owed one, contact support and we'll sort it out with you.
